Professional guidance through complex journeys of recovery and empowerment

We are advocates for women who have been impacted by intimate partner and sexual violence.

We are a culturally safe, strength-based, and trauma-informed domestic, family, and sexual violence service.

We do this by upholding victim-survivors’ rights and assisting women to navigate systems and supports.

We recognise the inner strength and resilience of all victim-survivors and those with lived experience.

We understand the value of being heard and validated by professionals with expertise.

Advocates for Her offers a co-response approach to liaise with and assist women in navigating justice processes, safety planning, and links to therapeutic and expert supports.

This allows specialist advice and assistance that strengthens knowledge sharing and increases the safety and recovery of victim-survivors.

We work with government and non-government agencies, community organisations, and more.

Our goal is to advocate for better outcomes and minimise barriers for victim-survivors.

We believe collaboration and integration are key parts of effectively supporting victim-survivors.
